**This little girl was thrown over a 6 foot fence at a boarding kennel by her owner with a note attached. The owner apparently chose the “boyfriend” over her faithful dog. The note read “my name is Roxy and my mom had to give me up because her boyfriend does not like me. He said it was either me or him so my mom chose him. I hope you can take good care of me and find me a good home and not kill me”. This little girl is about 8 months old, loves other dogs and people. We NEED a FOSTER for her.
